Wika Calibration Line has introduced a new range of user-defined Calibration Service Kits. Available for either Pneumatic or Hydraulic applications and housed in a durable stainless steel case, the service kits are ideal for on-site testing and calibration of pressure measurement instruments.

Applications differ throughout industry areas and Wika have ensured the Service Kits are completely flexible in order to match specific user requirements. A typical service kit consists of a Wika Hand Held Pressure Calibrator paired with external and interchangeable ‘plug and play' pressure sensors, meaning total calibration coverage can be met over a number of pressure ranges with just the one pressure calibrator.

Alongside the hand held pressure calibrator and pressure sensors, the Service Kit also includes a pressure comparison pump enabling pressure generation to the item under test. A number of pressure comparison pump models are available in order to cover both low pressure ranges (-1 up to 35bar) and higher ranges (up to 1000bar).

Finally the Service Kit includes all the relevant test connection fittings (including O-Rings and Tubing) in order to complete fast and simple testing and calibration of your instruments. Wika's EasyCal™ Calibration Software is also compatible with virtually all Wika Calibration Instruments and through USB connection to a PC, all test results stored in the pressure calibrator's memory can be transferred, managed and printed out into calibration certificates.
